The Until Freedom Defense Alliance, a subsidiary of Until Freedom, is an organization created to assist those directly impacted by racial disparities and injustices within the U.S. judicial system. Through our services we connect clients with dedicated attorneys who will advocate for their cause. In addition, through our network of community organizations, influencers, celebrities and well-known activists, we create highly visible campaigns to heighten the awareness and expose the inequities in various cases in an effort to correct systemic racism.

 

It’s a known fact that many who are prosecuted, particularly Black and brown defendants, do not have adequate legal assistance due to financial incapacity. Additionally, many who do have the financial ability to procure representation do not have access to vetted attorneys who  have demonstrated compassion and commitment to help correct the injustices within the U.S. judicial system and who will advocate zealously for their cause.  

 

It is the goal of the UF Defense Alliance to combat this issue by providing legal services in cases where we’ve identified extreme injustices. Through our services we help to galvanize qualified attorneys across the country who wish to assist the impacted and provide free or affordable services through a network of vetted legal experts.
